Increase your spinal rotation with this stretch!!!
Check out this video to learn a stretch to help you loosen up you spine. It is a great stretch to lengthen your lats, paraspinals, and QL. If you continue to work on this stretch you should be more equipped to rotate your spine in a healthy way! PS: I would not recommend this stretch right after an adjustment. Most subluxation have a rotation element and stretching before your body is able to adapt to that adjustment may bring you back to the pre-adjustment state.
